This is poisonous @AllisonPearson People with dwarfism are regularly photographed & jeered when they simple go shopping. @EllieSimmonds1 on #Strictly = visibility and understanding. If it makes your Saturday night uncomfortable that says so much about you.

Both my kids start major life changes this autumn The one on the right got his A Level results today & is off to read politics and history at uni like his mum. His sister, 23, will never take an exam & has just moved to supported living. V different lives of equal value 😍 #SEND

What an incredible family. Frances’ mum and dad for being SEND parents for 53 years, Jo for using her voice when she was at her most fearful and most of all Frances for beating all the odds. Big blooomin love 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜to you all. From us lot ❤️

"Oh, did she need this?" Said the immaculately-dressed non-disabled mum parked in the DISABLED bay, dropping her perfect kids off to their play scheme while looking at Elvi in her WHEELCHAIR. It had taken two hours to get Elvi dressed & out so you can imagine my response😠😡🗯️

I am terrified of @kimleadbeater's #AssistedDyingBill. Mum has Alzheimer's, Dad died in pain from shoddy cancer treatment but I do not trust a system that put unauthorised Do Not Resuscitate orders on people with learning disabilities during Covid to protect my daughter's life 🧵

If there are any MPs wondering how to vote tomorrow, I've just had to crowdfund for a bathroom adaptation for my daughter so that she can have an accessible home post-college. People were incredibly generous because when they see injustice they act. #election2029 #WelfareBill

My non-disabled son has a Saturday job and constant negotiations over pocket money, my disabled daughter will need benefits her entire life. Guess which one I am more worried about today.
