    Couple things about Friday and Saturday's heat. 1. Rochester HAS been this hot and humid before. 2. Weather service lowered their values at which they issue these watches 3. Technically NOT a heat wave. 4. It's Summer. Have a great day. #roc #chillout

    4 years ago right around this time I was waking from surgery, freaking out a little about a tube down my throat and writing "mife" asking for Jennifer. I've enjoyed the 1,461 days I've had since. #donatelife @PassLifeOn

    Good morning. 8 years ago this morning I was in ICU moments after receiving a second chance at a healthy life. I'm so very grateful to the entire team of nurses and doctors @URMed_AHF who got me here. Love always to Shawn. @PassLifeOn #roc
