    It’s been a ‘challenging' 3 weeks for both of us, watching @JohnBarrowman get hounded in the press & viciously attacked by trolls, but mostly it’s been amazing how many wonderful people have rallied around in support. To all of you who have sent us lovely messages - THANK YOU!

    JOHN IS BACK IN THE JUNGLE!!! Good news from the clinic : John’s been cleared to go back into the jungle camp! We are relieved but not surprised, as it would have taken at least two broken legs to keep him out of there.

    Thanks so much for the lovely messages of support! Much appreciated! The operation went well - it was to open up my sinuses, clear polyps and straighten my septum ( OK, there was a small ‘element’ of rhinoplasty..! ) Feeling pretty groggy, but happy the surgery part is over with.

    John’s had an MRI and they’ve found the root of the problem which is a C5/6 facet joint injury. Hopefully a series of intraspinal injections will reduce inflammation and get him back up & running again in time for… instagram.com/p/B5g7mg3JKAw/…

    Dubrovnik, Croatia - alias Kings Landing, Hrvatska… This stunning city is now fully restored to its former glory. You would never guess what it went through in 1991 The devastation was immense, as attested by the amazing exhibit at Imperial Fortress that sits above the city
