    Sharing again for my new followers. 5 years ago I cut carbs a year later I went full keto. The last 18 months I’ve been carnivore. I like to help others achieve the same goal

    I told everyone when I put on weight that it was due to the medication I was on. Well guess what? I’m still on that medication (chronic pain and nerve damage) so what changed? I started eating the proper human diet. Stop making excuses, change the way you eat today.

    I did the opposite of what the ADA recommended. Prioritise protein and fat. No processed foods, no grains, starches and seed oils

    This is my face. I find it hard to look at it as I feel guilty for allowing myself to become obese. It was my husband that said I should cut carbs. 5 years ago that’s what I did and have turned myself around. You too can do it.
