00:00 - I am desperately worried for 20 yr old Qesser Zuhrah who is dangerously ill at HMP Bronzefield. It remains unclear how soon she will be transferred to hospital. Qesser is on day 46 of hunger strike. It should not take this long to get the help she needs.

Every week this plan is put back leaves more people languishing in cold, damp homes.
