- This is the face of someone who just spent 9 hours in personal protective equipment moving critically ill Covid19 patients around London. I feel broken - and we are only at the start. I am begging people, please please do social distancing and self isolation #covid19
- Replying to @silv24Bit blown away by the responses to this. I was a crying mess when I sent it. The real heroes - nurses. Today I saw just what efforts they are going to and I am truly humbled to work alongside them.
- Replying to @silv24Those red/purple marks across my face are from my mask and are deeper than you think. Today I have seen just what covid19 is doing and now I just want to scream at people to listen to us.
- How dare NHS staff be ill and how dare we take our annual leave.

- If you are a medical doctor and a hero to anti-vaxxers you might want to take a long hard look at yourself and the damage you have done.
- Do I enjoy wearing a face mask? No Is wearing a face mask a real hardship? No Is their evidence for their effectiveness in reducing transmission? Yes Would I continue wearing one? Yes
- Love being told what it is like to work in the NHS during a pandemic by someone who isn’t working in the NHS during the pandemic.
- Hyde Park. Only a few minutes away from St Mary’s where many patients with COVID were admitted, lots survived but sadly many didn’t. A story repeated up and down the country. - Colleagues whispering “I’m scared” - you are not alone. I’m scared. I think we all are on some level. It is ok to say that & to talk about it. There is something very comforting in someone else saying “me too”. This will pass but it is normal to feel like this #covid19
