I sat next to an Indian-American man on a flight from Mumbai to Bangalore last week, and we were talking. He is now a naturalized US citizen and has lived in Columbus Ohio for 25 years. He went back and forth for years and years about whether he was comfortable swearing the oath

When I moved from the US to India, I was frustrated with my country. The US felt like a stagnant place. New construction and transit lines took years, and people seemed complacent. They were happy to look down at their phone screens and ignore the decline. I wanted to go to

This is brilliant -- only thing I'd say is that you should add Elon's worst tweet, or maybe have like a qualifier bracket for just bad Elon tweets and the best 2-4 advance as an 8 seed

Extremely bullish India signal: Have had multiple people here suggest meeting times between 9pm and 1am. Have not heard a single person say the term "work-life balance"

The time I spent in @ne0liberal project made me very optimistic about the future of the democratic party, after lifelong losers like @cenkuygur have put so much (ineffective) work into ruining its future Its not surprising to see snark from someone who has accomplished so little

I had always planned to return to the US after India After the Nazist rallies across the country & the anti-Jewish violence that is surely coming, I am no longer sure India may now be the country which stands for religious freedom more than any. I hope I can return home someday
