    Made it back on my feet today for a quick walk down the hall after having surgery Friday morning. Still have pain and discomfort but I have been cleared to head back to Indiana! My family and I really appreciate everyone’s prayers and support over these last few days🙌🏼

    I can’t believe it! Not only my first @WorldofOutlaws win but first for @Sam_Mcghee11 and @KOsmolski50 as well! So grateful for Mike and Kathy McGhee and the opportunity to drive a badass race car. A day I will never forget☝🏼

    Appreciation tweet for my sister @gracebayston. She works at IU Health Methodist Hospital in downtown Indianapolis and has been sacrificing long hours on the front lines to fight this pandemic. We thank you Grace!!❤️

    Update: Spencer will be going into surgery here in the next hour for a broken fibula and tibula (clean break which is a good thing.) We will give an update post op. Thank you for the prayers.

    UPDATE: Spencer’s surgery was successful for repairing his lower right leg. Doctor was very positive about a quick recovery and hopefully getting him on his feet today. - Jo (Who knows it’s tibia🙃)

    Well not the first night back we hoped. Got upside down in the feature. They took me to the hospital for evaluation. X-rays on leg were clear. Head and neck scans clear. Small air pocket in my chest they want to keep an eye on. Got pretty lucky. Thank you everyone for the support

    After an incident in the dash, We are in route to hospital with a leg injury. Thank you for all the tweets, calls and prayers. Spencer is in good spirits and alert. We will keep you updated as we know more - @JoSwindell

    Thank you everyone for the texts and tweets concerning my crash tonight. I am okay just bruised up and very sore. Not the kind of night someone wants to have but thankful to be able to walk away.

    Released from the hospital and headed home. Just a little banged up and sore is all thankfully. Bummer the night had to end that way. @KeithKunz @Bigal3977 gave me a winning racecar. Thank you for the texts and tweets. Hopefully steer clear of the hospitals from here on out🙄
