    USPS confirms in a statement it will deliver mail-in ballots that lack postage. "It is the Postal Service’s policy not to delay the delivery of completed Absentee or Vote-By-Mail ballots even if no postage has been affixed or if the postage is insufficient." (1/2)

    Breaking news: Prosecutors are dropping all criminal charges against Pamela Moses, the Memphis woman sentenced to six years in prison for trying to register to vote. She was granted a new trial in February, but prosecutors said today they won't pursue it.

    Breaking news: A federal judge found Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach (R) in contempt of court, saying he failed to fully follow a 2016court order to make sure voters were fully registered. He is ordered to pay attorney's fees to the ACLU.

    New: DoJ is suing Arizona over a new law that requires voters to prove their citizenship to vote in presidential elections or vote by mail in any election. The law is a "textbook violation" of a federal law, the National Voter Registration Act, the department says.
