On a related note, it's so grimly twisted that Camilla of all people got to take on the role that should have been Diana's, watching those boys grow up and meeting their wives and kids. The woman who caused Diana and her sons so much suffering during Di's life. Cruel.

I was 10 watching Diana's funeral, it wasn't till years later I realised the sheer cruelty of making those boys publicly walk behind the coffin, who tf allowed that to happen? Charles should have fought tooth and nail against it, as Diana would have if roles had been reversed.
