Some personal news: I filed my last story with the Inquirer last Feb. 14 and today, finally, is the last day in my nine-year journey with the country's paper of record. All this started because the Inquirer trusted me even as a sophomore student. I'm so, so humbled and grateful.

And the North delivered. Despite Vice President Leni Robredo's fears that nobody would show up here, thousands of Kakampinks turned up at her Grand Rally here in Isabela province. Certainly smaller than her previous ones, but could signal cracks in the Solid North vote.

Natawa ako while watching TV Patrol kasi ABS-CBN's Jeck Batallones started his report with this banger spiel: "Hindi pa man nahihiwa ang sibuyas, naluluha na si Bong dahil sa taas ng presyo nito sa palengke..." 😭

Misogyny and sexism is bad. Period. Di na dapat kailangan pa ng six degrees of separation na dahil may nanay, ate, tita ka eh saka ka lang mag-aayos. Kung matino kang tao, hindi ka dapat bastos, sa babae o kung kanino man.

VP Sara Duterte's unprecedented budget of P2.38 billion might be the highest OVP budget ever if passed into law. For context, it was only in 2016 that the OVP under Jejomar Binay hit P500M mark. By design, the OVP is a small office with very few mandates. newsinfo.inquirer.net/1666688/unprec…
