AST told us that there WOULD be settlement beyond that date as Ex Clearing could take longer as Brokers were settling with other Brokers. Add that to the fact that DTCC told @KarmaCollects that they never cleared MMTLP it was ALL ex clearing. Yes it appears FINRA lied.
