She was at work at an Amazon warehouse. She left the car running with the AC on, apparently the child turned it off and couldn’t get it back on. This child died in an Amazon warehouse parking lot because her mother couldn’t afford childcare. Our country is a tragedy

David Lynch’s daughter Jennifer is also a Director. When Directors show up on-set they are told “you have budgeted 12-14 hours every day to abuse the crew however you like”. Jennifer Lynch had us going home at 10 or 11 hours every day on episodes she directed.

I worked on Gossip Girl for all seven seasons and most of the cast did their own thing, but she was always sitting outside on the bench outside Silvercup Stage B with whoever was out there, which was often us and our rigging truck. She was one of us. RIP

As someone who has worked literal years of 12-14+ hour overnights 4pm-5AM, 5pm-6AM, 6pm-7AM outside on the fuckin streets of NEW YORK CITY this means everything to me. Nobody sees these cabbies doing those night shifts or the entire world of workers running while you sleep

Me and every single other TV show crew member in NYC was tested at least three times(with same night results) this past week. That’s what our society does to keep the TV shows in production. While that same society has children and old people waiting out in the cold to be tested.
