-isn’t threatening to invade China
-isn’t threatening to bomb or attack China
-isn’t even threatening to declare a change in status quo
So think carefully before throwing around words like “provoke” or “enrage”

Taiwan sent an inquiry to @WHO about atypical pneumonia cases in Wuhan. It didn’t receive a response.
Later the same say, Taiwan went ahead and started initiating its own infection-management protocols.
Then 2020 arrived.
