    Lithuanian Foreign Minister @GLandsbergis says all three Baltics will summon Chinese ambassadors/chargé to demand they explain policy on their countries -- and to remind them Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania were already sovereign states "illegally occupied" by the USSR.

    Biden is canceling his trip to the Ramstein mtng on Ukraine he set up so allies won't be able to tell him this again in person, but Finland's @alexstubb repeated it @NATO today, naming the US specifically: "[A]llow Ukraine to fight this war without one hand behind its back"

    It will be interesting to see how the EU image evolves now that @kajakallas is the face -- and voice -- of its foreign policy. Tonight, asked what to do about Russian threats, Kallas basically shrugged and said what's new. "The only response we can have is not to be afraid." 1/

    Ukrainian President Zelenskyy gets an extended standing ovation from the Danish parliament even before he says a word. The Ukrainian leader is on a trip to Sweden, the Netherlands and Denmark, the latter two of which have now pledged to send F16 fighter jets to Kyiv.

    JUST IN: 🚦Time’s up, Turkey. Visiting Istanbul, #NATO chief Stoltenberg says “it’s time” to drop the block on Finland/Sweden. This marks a clear departure from the attitude of endless patience with Ankara’s allegations that especially 🇸🇪 hasn’t done enough to fight terrorism.
