Just like with Arminianism, the objections to it are rooted mostly in human emotion rather than just letting God be God
- Yes. The rapture is false. Yes. It’s a 200 year old doctrine. No. The early church didn’t teach it. Finding the phrase “caught up” doesn’t mean you found “rapture theology” anymore than finding “penalty” in an ECF means you found penal substitution.
