- Unpopular opinion, but today’s SpaceX deal was defensive and not offensive. The spectrum requires new handset chips and is unlikely to be deployed until 2028+, assuming the deal closes in 2027. By then $ASTS will have all but walked off with the market. Elon has to keep a TAM
- Ligado disclosure statement approved. Next stop confirmation hearing where Plan gets approved (it will). The consummation of Ligado will be viewed in hindsight like Facebook acquiring Instagram. $ASTS
