    I wrote about @dropout, a comedy streaming service from @samreich and the minds at @CollegeHumor. Dropout is awesome, and its success and devoted fanbase is also a challenge to the notion that paid streaming is exclusively the domain of huge corporate entities like Netflix:

    The first time I watched 2001: A Space Odyssey I was convinced I’d already seen it somewhere before. It took me a while to realise I’d pretty much pieced the entire film together from Simpsons references.

    These guys think that if they say “we’re on the right side of history” enough it’ll magically start to be true. Thinking you’re right about your terrible ideology doesn’t make you special - every regressive agenda in history has thought the same way. That’s how ideology works
