I always recommend to my juniors read the ppt: Deep C (and C++): slideshare.net/olvemaudal/dee… btw, @olvemaudal a new version including modern C++ questions will be very useful... move semantics, The Rule of Zero, Five, or Six, RAII, smart pointers, constexpr, ranges and views etc.
