    Incredibly fired up to say that I’ve accepted a job with the Minnesota Twins as a Minor League Pitching Coach in the DR! Thank you to the staff and athletes at Ascent Athlete for the trust they placed in me, and for relationships that will last a lifetime! Cant wait to get going!

    Struggling to feel your lead leg block? Here’s a progression we put @danhammer8 through today to help feel out proper front leg timing. (🧵) Start with uphill plyos! Dan threw each of his 4 plyo drills up the mound to start his day, adding in a hurdle for extra spacial awareness

    Fun fact: I held it together pretty well on the day our season got cancelled until Big G looked at me and said “I guess this is it huh.” It’s been a hell of a 4 years with this guy, and I’m so proud to call you one of my best friends! Love you paw

    We wrap up our Senior Week celebration with @GLawson27!! Graham, a member of the team since 2017, made 41 appearances in his Gamecock career and had three saves and 53 strikeouts in 56.1 innings pitched! #Gamecocks
