Prices are really starting to drop where I am. Talked to a builder friend of mine, he's got 4 hourse sitting empty, 0 INTERESTED BUYERS. Some new construction is down 20%+ off of list. Selling at $170/sqft compared to $210+ 2 years ago This is just the beginning
