Reality check: Chick-fil-A team member uses safety tool and lifts 150 lbs of compacted trash/cardboard. Armchair critics who’ve never worked QSR love to judge—let’s see them safely toss this in a dumpster.

Are you excited about "Family Style" Meals at Chick-fil-A (and a brand new menu item)? For around $30, here’s what you’ll get: 1. Entree Options - 30-count Chick-fil-A® Nuggets - 10-count Chick-n-Strips™ (new menu item!) - 30-count Grilled Nuggets 2. Side Bundles - 4

Yesterday, I visited chain that's schooling the industry giants, including my beloved Chick-fil-A. It's a brand that serves up burgers 4x faster, with 10x fewer errors, thanks to a training program unlike anything you've ever seen before. Here's a thread detailing their

😂 Fair enough. This stuff is insanely heavy. This guy shouldn’t get busted on the internet for saving his back.

Thrilled to announce in 2026 I’ll be the Operator of Chick-fil-A Hueytown, near Birmingham, Alabama. Construction starts (hopefully) soon and we can’t wait to get the family south. Roll Tide.

Even our fittest aren’t tossing 150lbs multiple times a day. My restaurant specifically doesn’t do this program.

Tell me you have never worked in a restaurant without telling everyone you haven’t worked in a restaurant: These trash dollies are used when you have a commercial trash compactor. This cubes of trash can easily get over 200 pounds. It’s about 30 bags of trash compacted into one.

The secret? An obsessive focus on speed, accuracy, and employee training. New Pal's employees undergo 120 hours of training before working solo. That's right - 120 hours for a fast food job.
