Thoughts are with all those affected by the @EastMidRailway trains that collided near Bedford. I understand it was the 1640 Corby and the Nottingham trains that collided, so not one that comes from Chesterfield for those who were wondering/ enquiring.

Would hope the two remaining men's wild cards would go to Dan Evans and Liam Broady. Would also like to see Heather Watson get the women's one. All have made good use of WCs before as well as giving great service to British Tennis over a long period.

A fantastic player and has been my huge pleasure to watch him win several times. The favourite wins I saw were the Davis Cup v Gea and in Dubs the same day. But each match seemed to be a rollercoaster and I will miss watching him very much indeed. Enjoy retirement Dan. 💪🏻
