    Players: If a coach says, “does that make sense?” and it doesn’t, don’t say yes. Ask questions and seek clarity. Your window of opportunity to play this game is too short to not get the answers you need.

    Chris Gradoville was a special person, teammate and friend. Not only was he a hard worker with big passion, he was the glue. He connected everyone on the team together. A man of integrity, faith and a true love for those around him. Graddy, you will be missed by so many. 💙💙

    Pitchers: in this heat the best way to dump heat out of your body is through the palms of your hands. In between innings, put an ice towel on the bottom of your wrists and it’ll help cool you off way better than a cold towel over your head. 🔥🧊🙌🏼

    Pitchers: This first movement is crucial. Two things to focus on: 1) back foot is anchored and the weight isn’t shifting to the toes and 2) front leg gets extended as the drive starts and gloveside matches the front leg plane helping to ride the back leg and maintain posture.

    Glove side mechanics are incredibly important and aid in delaying front shoulder rotation. We cue our guys to think “thumb down” to “thumb up” with their glove to help create this type of movement. (also take note of glove-side elbow working above the shoulder 👍)
