It looks like Saylor is hitting the ATM hard this AM on the heels of the Bitcoin All-Time HIgh breach of $100K. MSTR down 10% in the first hour of trading. I would speculate that an announcement this week about the next convertible debt tranche and ATM purchase will exceed

Quick review of @coinbase BTC Loan Product. 1- Interest is about 10% and floats. 2 - Interest compounds on the loan continuously 3 - No monthly payments just compounding obligation 4 - The structure is similar to Reverse Mortgage product I discussed last year 5 - no fixed term.

What is happening with MSTR? Down over 40% in 17 days. This is more than tax selling. So many people give god-like characteristics to @saylor that everything he does is pure genius. Maybe? But it is worth considering that the luster of the MSTR playbook is losing some shine
