If he was traumatized, the emotional side of it could've affected some of his "motor" skills as they call it or Neuro pathways. Hard to say. 🤔

I believe you will notice "if you check the responses" that a majority of them are backing our POTUS's decision to take Action against pirates. He's Not declaring war on any nation. He is defending against an attacker that is breaking international law.
