In his first speech as #COP28UAE President-Designate, Dr. Sultan Al Jaber told @AtlanticCouncil #ACEnergyForum we need a "COP of Solidarity" that is inclusive of all people and all stakeholders, and a "COP of Action" that raises ambition and "moves from goals to getting it done".
