On 10 May 1940, Captain Cartwright RN, an Attaché at the British Consulate in Amsterdam, was tragically killed while helping evacuate 🇬🇧 nationals at the start of the invasion of 🇳🇱. This weekend, Captain Ian Stubbs RN, 🇬🇧Defence Attaché, honoured him in The Hague. #Remembrance
