- How do you guys allow lousy apps to affect your lives like this? I never understandA couple of months ago, I’d decided to re-install Instagram. With it came anxiety, restlessness, racing thoughts, inability to focus. Deleted Instagram last week - finished a book and 2 crochet projects. That app is poison, folks.
