i hate how normalised disordered eating is when it comes to uni students :// like openly joking abt students starving cuz they don't have any money how is that the standard?? it shouldn't be
good for you that you manage to excel on such low intake, thats why i was speaking from my perspective where it was barely possible for me to pass classes without restricting so now its nearly impossible if i try to fast.
ngl i feel like im cheating/faked my ed to begin with cuz i dont feel guilty for eating what im eating at all 😭 and feel really good about not having to exercise all the time anymore, idgaf about the upcoming weight gain either honestly im just happy really happy & i feel guilty
i keep seeing these recov accs posting wieiads & they eat so well & so nutritiously which gives me sm motivation but then they post their 20k+ daily step counts like...is it bad that i feel weird abt that?? am i lazy? cuz i assumed that all-in recov would mean...reduced activity
