- Herbstreit mentions immedaitely after the broadcast that people are gonna go back and ask how in the world the refs messed up so bad. I've never seen or heard that.

- All jokes aside, here's the real precedent that is being set, and it's going to kill the sport: The committee is taking a stand to say that all losses are the same. Losses to No. 1 Oregon & No. 134 Kent State are similar. So schedule light and avoid big games in the reg. season
