- Replying to @ZackStieberAgain, it is why the same people who approve drugs and vaccines should NOT be in charge of post market safety. VAERS/Medwatch (drugs) serve as a signal to investigate. If deaths, there absolutely should be investigation. But first, there needs to be curiosity & motivation.
