What I don't have an answer to - whether the conscious act
in-person work is superior for 90% of companies
but remote-first has a higher upside if executed properly (which is hard to do)
remote-first enforces:
- a culture of clear writing and comms
- a machine that's always on, 24/7
- truly global talent pool
- high agency
