A lot of PC problems are not one big issue They are 20 small issues stacked together. Old installs. Wrong configs. Driver leftovers. CPU / RAM Instability. Mis-configured BIOS. Background apps. That is why “one tweak” rarely fixes a messy PC

COD has enough going on already. Do not let On-Demand Texture Streaming be another variable. If your game randomly hitches or feels inconsistent: Cache size: Minimal Download limit: 16GB Download limits: On Consistency > maxed out texture streaming.

Microsoft hid a service in Windows called NDU that tracks your network data usage and runs in the background on every single PC. It is not in your services list where you would normally look. It is buried in the registry Run CMD as admin. Paste this. Restart.
