More about Fee Voting on #XRPL: xrpl.org/docs/concepts/… For example, just Add/Change in the rippled.cfg [voting] account_reserve = 1000000 owner_reserve = 200000 reference_fee = 200 Those are votes for: 1 XRP base reserve, 0.2 XRP trustline, 0.0002 XRP Base fee.
