proposal 49 passed fast thx everyone for the active governance voting. as a result, all @yieldbasis hybrid vaults now provide higher capital efficiency for depositors: → 1 crvUSD now unlocks ~$2.2 deposit capacity instead of $1.81 (+22.6%)
