i understand that some of yall were raised by your parents and older peers to be misogynistic, homophobic, and transphobic. but understand when you get to a certain age, you can’t just keep blaming your upbringing for your actions. YOU HAVE A CHOICE TO BE EDUCATED.- straight men say anything to avoid saying “happy birthday” to each other.. “happy g day” “congrats on another lap” TELL THAT MAN HAPPY BIRTHDAY AND YOU LOVE HIM
- a year ago i just graduated college and was terrified about how i would perform in an ivy league master program like columbia university. a year later, i’m done with half my program with a 4.0 gpa.
- i got into Howard University Master’s of Social Work program. 🥺
