Nb 26 does not recognize Payara 6.2025.x servers installation anymore #8555

What happened
In the Nb "Services" panel I've a lot of "Servers" configured.
4 Tomcat Server (several versions)
1 Glassfish Server 7
1 Payara Server 4.1
3 Payara Server 6.2024.x
2 Payara Server 6.2025.x
On all servers the menu item "Start" / "Start in debug mode", "Start in profile mode" is enabled up to Payara Server 6.2024.x but is not enabled anymore on the 2 Payara Server 6.2025.x (6.2025.1 / 6.2025.2).
The problem appears on Nb 26, if I try to run Nb 25 the problem disappears and I can start/stop again the Payara Server(s) 6.2025.x.
On Nb 26 if I try to remove Payara Server 6.2025.2 and "Add Server" again, the server is added but no options are anabled to start it.

How to reproduce
Goto "Services" panel.
Right click on "Servers" element.
Select "Add Server".
Select "Payara Server", setting "Name" to "Payara Server 6.2025.5".
Select "Next" button.
Set Installation Location where the new Payara Server will be installed (WARNING: do not select an already existing Payara installation, it will be overridden).
Choose Server to download: 6.2025.5
Select "I've read and accept the license..." to accept the dowload.
Select "Download now" button.
When download terminates, select "Next" button.
Left all default values into "Domain location" input form.
Select "Finish"
Shutdown Netbeans
Start Netbeans
(I suggest for shutdown and restart because at first configuration with the download action the Start button seems to be enabled but soon becomes disabled as you shutdown & restart netbeans or if you enter into the server configuration panel)
Goto "Services" panel, open "Servers" menu item, right click on "Payara Server 6.2025.5", no start options will be enabled.
