graphics/darktable: Add libavif as dependency

* If you have installed graphics/libavif already, CMake detects it.
  However it was not buildlinked and causes a build failure.
  It is useful to support AVIF and add libavif as dependency.
* Bump PKGREVISION for dependency change.
