How do I sign in?
Enter your email on the sign-in page. We will send you a secure, one-use link—there is no password to remember.
Answers for your account, Reader, and Video Library are all in one place. If something is getting in your way, support@itrevolution.com reaches the membership support team.
Enter your email on the sign-in page. We will send you a secure, one-use link—there is no password to remember.
You can open the link on another device. If Reader asks, enter the same email address you used to request the link to finish signing in. You can also request a fresh link on that device.
Request a fresh sign-in link using the email address connected to your membership. If you no longer have access to that address, contact membership support so we can verify the account safely.
Contact membership support →Membership brings together IT Revolution books, available audiobooks, conference talks, immersion courses, learning paths, certificates, and the IT Revolution MCP. Guidance papers and journals stay free for everyone.
Choose Membership & billing from the account menu. If your membership is managed by Stripe, the secure billing portal contains invoices, payment methods, plan choices, renewal details, and cancellation. Invited beta access may be complimentary, with nothing to bill.
Membership and billing →A paid membership remains active through the end of its paid period. Free guidance papers and journals stay available after membership access ends.
Enterprise membership, including bulk seats, central administration, usage reporting, and invoicing, is planned for 2027. Contact membership support to discuss your organization.
Ask about enterprise membership →Active members can join the IT Revolution community in Slack from the private Community page. During the invited beta, #membership-beta is the shared room for discussion, recommendations, and product ideas.
You are welcome to discuss it there, but also use Send feedback for anything the product team should track. The feedback form creates a durable report; a Slack thread does not replace it.
We reply on weekdays during normal Pacific working hours, not on weekends. Expect a reply within 24–48 hours.
Send product feedback →Keep sign-in, access, billing, and other private account details out of shared Slack channels. Email membership support instead.

Email membership support →Two steps, both from the Community page. First, join our Slack workspace with the invite link there (skip this if you're already in it). Then choose Connect Slack, so we can confirm you're a member; we add you to the private #membership-beta channel right away.
The Community page is also your beta home: what to try first, where everything lives, and what to expect during the beta.
Tell us what you were trying to do, what happened instead (a screenshot helps), and the title or page with your device and browser. One topic per message or thread helps us track each one.
Reader works in a modern web browser on a phone, tablet, or computer. There is nothing to install. Your account keeps your place when you move between devices.
Guidance papers and journals are free for everyone. Membership access includes the available books and Reader’s Guides in the library.
Audiobook samples are available now: play one from any audiobook's page in the library. Full audiobooks are not part of the beta.
Yes. Your reading position, listening position, saved items, highlights, and notes stay with your account. Open My Library to continue where you left off.
Free papers and eligible companion resources can be downloaded when a download option appears. Membership books are protected and are read in the browser, so they need an internet connection.
Learning paths are guided routes through the library. Official paths, like Escape the Firefight, lead you through short steps from books, talks, papers and hands-on exercises, and award a badge when you finish. You can also build your own list from chapters, passages, talks and notes, keep it private, or share it.
See learning paths →Email membership support with the title or page, your device and browser, and what you expected to happen. If you are signed in, Send feedback can include the page you came from.
Send Reader feedback →Finish an official learning path to earn its badge. Badges start private; you can show one on your member profile or add it to LinkedIn from the badge's page.
Immersion courses (Flow Engineering, Making Work Visible and Team Topologies) play in the Video Library under the same account, with certificates when you finish. Your course progress also appears in My Library alongside your reading.
Browse courses →Yes. In the reader, use the magnifier to search the whole book, then choose a result to jump straight to it. The same search can also look through your own notes and highlights.
Members can connect Claude or ChatGPT to the IT Revolution library. Your assistant can then search IT Revolution's books, guidance papers, conference talks and course lessons, quote the passage it relied on, and link you straight to it in the Reader. It works through the Model Context Protocol (MCP), so it is sometimes called the IT Revolution MCP.
Open Settings → AI assistant →It takes three steps. Open Settings → AI assistant and copy the library address. In Claude, add it under Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector; in ChatGPT, turn on Developer mode under Settings → Apps and Connectors and add it as a remote MCP server with OAuth (ChatGPT needs a paid plan). Then sign in with your IT Revolution account and allow access.
To check it worked, paste the “Confirm you're connected” prompt from the settings page into a new chat. Then try: “What are the five time thieves in Making Work Visible, with chapter links?”
Connect in three steps →By default, only the library itself: it can search and quote books, papers, talks and lessons. Your own activity is shared only if you switch it on, one kind at a time, under What you share: what you've read and watched, your lists and learning paths, and your notes and highlights. Everything is off until you turn it on, and you can turn each one off again at any time.
Anything you share goes to the AI app you connected and is handled under that app's own terms.
Review what you share →Open Settings → AI assistant and choose Disconnect next to the app under Connected apps. It loses access to the library immediately. You can reconnect any time.
Manage connected apps →Disconnect the app under Connected apps, connect it again, and sign in when asked. Then check the service status on the same page. If it still fails, send feedback with the app you use and what it said.
Send feedback →Members, including our beta members. Free trials include the Reader, but connecting an AI assistant is part of paid membership.
Refresh the page, confirm that your browser allows playback, and try the latest version of a modern browser. If the problem continues, send support the talk title, browser, and device you were using.
Use the CC control in the video player when captions are available. Caption coverage varies for older conference recordings; report a missing or incorrect caption and include the talk title.
Yes. Signed-in viewing progress is saved to your account so you can continue from My Video Library.
Open Courses in the Video Library to find immersion courses. Course progress and eligible certificates stay connected to the same membership account you use for Reader.
Browse courses →Email membership support with the video or course title, your device and browser, and a short description of what happened.
Contact membership support →In the web reader, open Accessibility to change text size, typeface, line spacing, theme, contrast, and the reading ruler.
Read aloud is available where browser and device support permits. Playback controls appear inside the reader when the feature is available.
Reader is designed to support keyboard navigation, browser zoom, and screen readers. We test these paths and continue improving them as the product develops.
Some PDFs and older source files may have accessibility limits that the web reader cannot fully correct. If a title is difficult to use, tell us which one so we can help and improve the source.
Email support@itrevolution.com with the page or title, your device and browser, any assistive technology you use, and what you expected to happen.
Email accessibility support →Email support@itrevolution.com for sign-in, account, billing, accessibility, Reader, Video Library, or content questions. Include the title and device you were using when that helps explain the problem.
We reply on weekdays during normal Pacific working hours, not on weekends. Expect a reply within 24–48 hours.
Email membership support →If you are signed in, Send feedback includes the page you came from and routes your note to the product team.
