My latest album is now available on vinyl at https://elasticstage.com/defaultmediatransmitter/releases/the-machines-are-having-fun-album. "Deunion" had to be edited into a shorter version to make it fit onto the vinyl. I may have botched the ending a bit, but I'll

Release party stream tonight

Tonight (December 1st) at 18:00 CET there will be a release party stream for the new album. Show up about 15 minutes earlier for some 80's retro fun while I make sure the streaming server runs as it should. The stream will be at https://partyzone.defaultmediatransmitter.

Another bonkwave remix

Another bonkwave remix

More bonkwave you say? Yes, and this time I did another remix as part of this bundle of joy disguised as a remix compilation. Available at https://mirlo.space/bonk-knob-records/release/not-bonk and https://bonkwave.org/music/not-bonk-what-i-call-wave-remixes-vol2/.

The Bonkmix

I made a bonkwave themed stereo mixer module for my Eurorack. The KiCad files are uploaded to https://codeberg.org/defaultmediatransmitter/eurorack. The parts list is at https://codeberg.org/defaultmediatransmitter/eurorack/src/branch/main/Bonkmix/README.md. For those who just want the gerbers, I've attached them

I'm happy to have been involved in two of the tracks on this one. The first track is a remix I did for Key 13, and I did a collaboration with Xylander on the closing track. It's available at https://music.futzle.com/comfy-collaborations/.

Not What I Call Bonk Wave - Volume 003 - Disc C - Deep Bonk

Another Bonkwave compilation, and another track from yours truly. I made a track which fits quite neatly into the techno genre. Maybe it's a little subversive for a compilation for an anti-genre like bonkwave. Faircamp https://bonkwave.org/music/not-what-i-call-bonk-wave-volume-003-

DX7 cleanup and battery change

DX7 cleanup and battery change

Last year I was lucky and got hold of a DX7 at a far too low price. It worked fine, but it had the original battery, and its voltage was starting to get low. The problem with the DX7 battery is that it's soldered to the main board.

I kind of liked the textures this patch produces. It's a simple generative patch, drenched in reverb. Recording and patch file below. Vcvrack generative0:00/482.9856661×generative1generative1.vcv3 KBdownload-circle
