Finance and Operations has announced several leadership updates, including new executive directors for Real Estate Development and ServiceFirst, along with expanded planning, finance and engineering leadership roles across the division.
Organizational Strategy and Performance
Organizational Strategy and Performance (OSP) leads university-wide initiatives to optimize operations and identify strategic cost savings while maintaining the university’s commitment to academic excellence. One of the first initiatives is ServiceFirst, which focuses on transforming how administrative services are delivered to better serve the campus community.
OSP is committed to working closely with faculty, staff, and administrators to build a collaborative culture of continuous improvement, ensuring that cost-saving measures enhance rather than hinder mission-driven work. We will use data-driven analysis to evaluate administrative spending patterns and guide strategic resource allocation decisions.
Our goal is to help redirect resources toward areas of growth while reducing overhead costs where inefficiencies exist, ultimately strengthening the university’s ability to serve students and advance its academic mission.
