Navigation with Go to Address in collapsed region fails #8648

Bug Description:
Using Go to Address to navigate to an address inside a collapsed code region leaves the region collapsed and jumps to a different address in the same function.

Steps To Reproduce:
Please provide all steps required to reproduce the behavior:

1. Copy the address of a line inside a collapsible region.
2. Collapse the region.
3. Open Go to Address and enter the copied address.
4. Observe that the region remains collapsed and navigation lands at a different address.

Expected Behavior:
I expect the region to be expanded and the view to be navigated to the exact address that I've entered.
