Summary of the issue

Context
The docstring in StructuredLogHandler documents the parameter as project, but the actual keyword argument is project_id.

Expected Behavior:
Docstring for StructuredLogHandler matches keywork argument name project_id.

Actual Behavior:
Docstring for StructuredLogHandler uses project.
