Sometime I get a massive flood of notifications. For example I rename a season folder in jellyfin and get a flood of delete and added notifications at once.
This comes with an annoying flood of notification sounds trying to play simultaneously.
A simple solution would be to throttle the notification sound. Maybe no more than 1 sound per 2 seconds?
The problem was that each time a priority > 4 comes in it would load a new instance of audio so if you kept the page open for a period of time it would slowly gain memory. My PR changes it to use a single instance of audio and reset it once the audio is played as well as adding a debounce + cooldown which is set low to (300ms) since we already wait for the audio to be played now which should be long enough with said cooldown to not cause as much annoyance.

Hey I created a PR since I ran into this myself 😅

Let me know what you think 👍🏻
