'long' incorrectly highlighted in python syntax #4070

vscode: 1.30.2
python: 3.6.6
extension: 2018.12.1
os: Wins 10
It seems like long is incorrectly highlighted in the syntax
I believe Python 3 no longer has long type. Maybe the word "long" should just be treated as a normal word instead of Type.

This is an upstream issue with VS Code as the Python extension does not do syntax highlighting.
