Debugging Python code while using LiveShare fails #760

Steps to reproduce:
0. [Host] Make sure to have the Python extension installed

1. [Host] Open up a Python project in VS Code and share it
2. [Host] Press F5 to start debugging

Expected:

For the VS Code debugger to launch the app

Actual:
The following error is displayed:

The problem only happen on a Mac since it looks that the ‘threadId’ property is overflowing the32 bit restriction on the object model description of the debug protocol.
