feat: report slider, text field and switch state consistently on android and ios - #455
Conversation
…oid and ios - android: a node's RangeInfo position (slider, progress bar, rating bar) is reported as value, and an unlabeled node with a value is kept - android: an editable node's text is copied to value, keeping text, so value holds a text field's content on both platforms - ios: a switch whose value is "1" is reported as checked, like android

Check the current value for finiteness before converting it and calling
JSONObject.put, using API-35-compatible checks without referencing an
API-36-only constant.

An indeterminate progress bar (RangeInfo type 3, API 36) has no position, and JSONObject.put throws on NaN or infinity, aborting the whole dump.
The agent sends RangeInfo as a range object {min, max, current} instead of
range-current alone, and elements expose it as range, so clients can
normalize a slider position without mobilecli interpreting it. value keeps
the current position.
Summary
Android and iOS reported element state in different fields, so the same assertion could not pass on both platforms. This aligns

On Android that check could never fail before; with this change it can, if a field does not actually clear.Summary by CodeRabbit
