Self-nominate for security release steward #1764
Description
As described by the process
https://github.com/nodejs/node/blob/6a3b545b4da83cf54b82bdb89cd3ad8b2aec6fe7/doc/contributing/security-release-process.md?plain=1#L11-L17
A nomination in the TSC repo is required, I'm not sure if self nomination is allowed (there is just 1 occurrence of nomination #1233)
It's not even clear how long this issue should be open before nodejs/node#58944 can be merged

Generally speaking, unless there's been some change I'm unaware of, if there are no objections posted with one week by any TSC members on this issue, you can consider the nomination approved.
