Emoji 🪏 (Shovel) cannot be used as a Tag icon #4199

The 🪏 Shovel emoji can be selected from the system emoji picker, but Standard Notes does not accept it as a Tag icon.

To reproduce:

Create or edit a Tag.
Open the emoji picker.
Select 🪏 (Shovel).
The emoji can be selected, but it is not applied/saved as the Tag icon.

The 🪏 emoji should be accepted as a Tag icon, just like other supported emojis.
